  • When is the best time to visit Yoron?
Definitely, the best season is summmer. Sunny long days, warm sea water and mangoes await you from July to September. But if you're not a big fan of hot days, maybe spring would better suit your tastes.
  • Can my baby/toddler stay at Shima Hotel?
Of course they're welcome! Just be aware that japanese babies usually sleep on futon mattress and thus we don't have any baby crib nor dedicated equipment.
  • Can I come with my pet?
Sadly, we cannot allow pets for the moment. We're working hard to make it possible in the foreseeable future!
  • What are the check-in and check-out hours?
Check-in can be set from 12:00 AM on the arrival date, and check-out until 12:00 AM on the departure date. Please let us know your arrival and departure hours if you know them in advance!
  • Can you pick me up/send me off at the port or airport?
Of course! Just let us know your arrival time and we've got you covered. If your group counts more than 5 people, please tell us so when you make the booking.
  • Is there any staff in the hotel?
Depending on the circumstances, staff may not be present all the time. If you have any need during your stay, just contact us and we'll come in no time!

We try to offer you a different breakfast every morning. It may be typically japanese, or american style, or a mix. Please let us know if you have any dislikes or allergies.
